Most orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days as each item is handmade to order. Delivery then takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking once your order is shipped.

Yes! Free local drop off is available within a 10km radius of our area. Enter your postcode at checkout to check eligibility. No shipping fees for local drop offs!

Since all products are handmade and custom, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort it out — your satisfaction matters!

We accept payment via Osko / PayID — instant bank transfer through your banking app. All payments are secure and processed in AUD. Works with all Australian banks including Suncorp, CommBank, ANZ, Westpac, NAB and more.

Yes! During checkout you can add a gift note. We'll include a handwritten card with your message. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, or just because!

Hand wash only — do not put in the dishwasher or microwave. Use warm soapy water and the cleaning brush provided. Avoid soaking for extended periods. The vinyl design is durable but hand washing will keep it looking its best for years.
